- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have used vca for many years and really like it. Unfortunately we had to humanely euthanize our dog last week. They have a special private room for that procedure. It has a couch, lamps and blanket for the dog and they gave our dog a bag of yummy treats to eat. She was so happy. It felt like home instead of a sterile treatment room. The staff and Dr. Neville were so kind. They gave us all little dog angel pins and we also received a sympathy card in the mail today that was signed by the entire staff. Their kindness made this difficult procedure much more bearable. I would definitely recommend VCA and especially Dr Neville. Thanks to all the great staff!December 12, 2016by Paula lamb
